Important points of Terms and Conditions
1.1 These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") between entities doing business Jaroslav Pribyl, based Posenska 137, 39501 Pacov, identification number: 88214338, (hereinafter referred to as "seller") govern in accordance with § 1751 paragraph. 1 of Law no. 89 / 2012 Sb., Civil Code of Czech Republic (the "Civil Code") mutual rights and obligations arising in connection with or pursuant to the purchase agreement (the "purchase agreement") concluded between the seller and any other person (hereinafter the "buyer" ) through the online shop of the seller. Internet shop is operated by the seller on a website located on the Internet at http://hardcorerubber.com (hereinafter the "website"), and via the website (hereinafter the "web-based commerce").
1.6 All goods sold online at http://hardcorerubber.com are latex and rubber clothing and accessories, including products to care for them. By purchasing in the shop, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and you agree that the use of all our products is at your own risk.
3. Conclusion of contract
3.1 Web interface provide the informations about the goods and prices of individual goods. Price of the goods remains valid as long as it is displayed in the website interface. This provision is not limited to the contracts concluded under individually negotiated conditions.
3.5 The buyer from the Czech Republic is obliged to send the order in CZK, buyers from other countries in EUR or USD.
3.6 Seller reserves the right to inform the buyer about the final cost of the order after his own assessment of the size of the order in a following e-mail sent to the buyer's email address along with payment for the order. The seller is always entitled, depending on the nature of the order (quantity of goods, purchase price, estimated shipping costs) to ask the buyer for additional confirmation. 3.9 Seller reserves the right to create and use a record (photos / video) of the clothes processed in the order and use this record on his blog http://hardcorerubber.com. No information regarding the buyer will not be used or published. If the buyer does not want a record of the processing of his order was used, it shall notify the seller no later than before the payment of the order.
3.10 Seller reserves the right to create and use a record (photos / video) from processing specified repairs or latex clothes modifications and accessories and use this record on his website http://hardcorerubber.com. No information regarding the buyer will not be used or published. If the buyer does not want a record of the processing of his order was used, it shall notify the seller no later than before the payment of the order.
4. Price of goods and payment terms
4.1 The price of the goods and any costs associated with the delivery of the goods under the purchase contract, pays the buyer to the seller in the following ways:
4.1.1. via bank transfer to the seller's account no. held by Fio banka, a.s. (hereinafter the "seller account") or via PayPal.
4.2 Along with the purchase price, the Buyer shall pay the costs associated with packaging and delivery at an agreed rate.
5. Withdrawal from contract
5.1 Buyer acknowledges that all goods purchased on http://hardcorerubber.com is modified and crafted goods by the byuer or a person under § 1837 letter d) of the Civil Code, and therefore you can not within fourteen (14) days from receipt of goods to withdraw from the contract.
5.2 These goods are also goods made according to the sizes offered, since it is a production according to buyer or his person.
12. Discretion
12.1 Seller agrees to send the goods to the buyer in discreet boxes, envelopes or wrapped with black stretch wrap. On these items will be listed only full address of the buyer and stickers of transport companies. As a sender will be given a contact address of the seller, as a persons, without mentioning the name of the online store, or information concerning the contents of the consignment.
12.2 Furthermore, the seller informs that when paying by transfer, online store name Hardcorerubber also does not figure anywhere as the owner of the seller bank account is Jaroslav Pribyl, not Hardcorerubber.
13.4. We are not VAT payers
